Swim Lesson Interest Form

If you are interested in Swim Lessons, please complete the Interest Form on this page and someone from the Danbury Community Center will get back to you. Currently, registration can only be completed at the Danbury Community Center, but you can have your questions answered before arrival. 

To determine your Census Tract for the Free Swim Lessons for Kids program, please visit:  FRB Census Geocoder (ffiec.gov) and enter your home address.  Your Census Tract Code will appear in the table to the left of the map (5th box down).

DEEP Free Swim Lessons Eligibility

Criteria
Swimmer is not between 4-17 years-old
My child receives SNAP benefits
My child was recommended to the program by a State Agency or Pupil Service on behalf of a Board of Education
My child resides in one of the following Census Tracts 2002, 2101.02, 2102.01, 2102.02, 2103, 2106, 2107.01, 2107.02 Census Tract Lookup: https://geomap.ffiec.gov/ffiecgeomap/
