The Studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort in the space year-round. Zumba is a fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, regaeton, and samba but also other types of modern music like hip hop and Bollywood. Our expert instructors, Melanie and Yolima, will get you moving and make exercise fun. No dance experience or skill required; Zumba is for everyone!
Yoga helps you develop flexibility and strength of body and clarity of mind. Through a series of poses and guided breathing, you will find the meditative properties of yoga reinvigorating for your body and soul. We offer two types of yoga on an alternating schedule with our bilingual instructor, Dianna Carrasquillo.
