Walk-in availability is below.
 
At this point, EVERYONE at least 5 years old or older is eligible.

You will need a personal email, and will be asked some medical questions. Then, you will be able to search by zipcode for an available appointment at any registered vaccine location. Ours is listed as "Greater Danbury Community Health Center COVID Vaccine." Eligible CT residents may call 211 for help finding an appointment in CT or registering, but you can skip any wait due to call volume by using the above link. Existing patients: if you need help scheduling, call us at 203-791-5050. Not a patient? You can still use the VAMS information above to make an appointment as they become available.

Those who were vaccinated in CT can also access COVID vacine records through the CT CiZ Portal (see link below)
